Deliveries

At MG Designs Interiors, customer service is at the heart of everything we do—and our delivery service is no exception. We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

UK Mainland Delivery

We operate our own delivery van and experienced in-house delivery team, allowing us to carefully plan routes and keep you well informed throughout the process. We deliver across mainland England, Wales, and selected areas of Scotland (including Glasgow and Edinburgh).

  • In-stock items: Delivered within 2–4 weeks

  • Out-of-stock or made-to-order items: May take up to 16 weeks
    (Exact lead times will always be confirmed once your order is received)

Delivery Further Afield

For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Jersey, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, or areas outside our delivery routes, a trusted third-party courier may be used.
Additional charges may apply, and our team will be happy to obtain a delivery quote for you. We can also assist with delivery quotes for Europe, including France and Spain.

Our Delivery Service

We understand that life is busy, so we’ll contact you in advance to confirm your delivery date and provide a 3-hour delivery window—no need to wait in all day.

We offer two delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery:
    Delivery to your room of choice (subject to access)

  • White Glove Delivery:
    Delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of packaging
    (Available at an additional cost—quoted upon request)

Important Information

  • All items delivered beyond the threshold of your home are done so at the customer’s risk.

  • Please ensure furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and access points before delivery.

  • We recommend protecting flooring and carpets prior to delivery.
