5. Pricing & Payment

* All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise

* Delivery charges are calculated at checkout

* Full payment is required before delivery

* Secure payment processing is used and card details are never stored

 6. Availability & Lead Times

* In-stock items: typically delivered within 2–4 weeks

* Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: may take up to 16 weeks

* Lead times are estimates and may be affected by supply or manufacturing delays

7. Delivery

* Delivery details are confirmed once items are ready

* A delivery date and time window will be provided in advance

* Access must be checked prior to delivery (doorways, stairs, lifts)

* Items delivered beyond the threshold are at the customer’s risk

Delivery options may include standard or white-glove service (assembly & packaging removal), depending on location and product.

 8. Cancellations & Returns

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Stock Items

You may cancel at any time before delivery for a full refund.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

These are produced specifically for you and may not be cancellable once production has begun. Cancellation costs may apply and will reflect direct costs incurred.

9. Damaged or Faulty Goods.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty or not as described.

Please report any damage or faults within 14 days of delivery.

10. Delays

Occasionally delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to keep you informed.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
